WARRANTY
SERVICES
Greenlinks Golf Products Inc. (GGPI) warrants that
any products purchased from them are free from defects
in materials or workmanship under normal use for a
period of 90 days from the date of purchase by the
Customer.
During this warranty period GGPI will repair or replace
the defective parts, and all parts or products removed
under this warranty become the property of GGPI. The
replacement parts or product takes on the remainder
of the original warranty period. This warranty does
not cover consumables such as but not limited to fuses
and batteries.
This warranty is strictly in lieu of a) any other
conditions or warranties, express or implied, statutory
or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose,
and b) any and all obligations and liabilities of
GGPI for damages including but not limited to accidental,
consequential, or special damages, or any financial
loss, lost profits or expenses arising from or out
of or in connection with the use or performance of
the product, even if GGPI has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. GGLI is not liable for
any claim made by a third party or made by the Customer
on behalf of a third party.

If you have a product of GGPI that is defective and
is within the warranty period please fill in our
online
warranty form and we will send you an email with
a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number and
shipping details, please wait four to six weeks for
delivery of repaired or replacement merchandise.
Any products sent to GGPI that do not have an RMA
number will not be accepted, and will be returned
at the senders' expense. If you do not receive an
RMA number by email within 3 business days then please
re-submit our online warranty
form or send us an email at support@greenlinksproducts.com
with the above information.
Please include your RMA number in any correspondence
that you may send us (including email), and make sure
that your package very clearly indicates your RMA
number on at least 3 sides. Authorized returns are
to be complete and shipped prepaid and insured to
the address on the RMA in an approved shipping container.
Your original box and packaging materials should be
kept for storing or shipping your Product. Your Authorized
return must include a copy of your sales receipt;
no action will be taken without a sales receipt.
